Volt Consulting™ - Managed Service Programs, a leading provider of contingent workforce management solutions, has been named a finalist in the 2010 American Business Awards. This is the fourth consecutive year that Volt Consulting MSP has either won or earned finalist status in the prestigious Stevie Awards.  Volt Consulting’s most recent nomination is in the category of “Best New Product or Service” and was in recognition of its remarkably innovative new diversity partnership model the company instigated in 2009.  The innovation enables the delivery of Tier 1 diversity credits to organizations seeking managed service solutions for contingent workforce planning.

The benefits to customers are two-fold — achieving significant Tier 1 diversity credit while enjoying the depth of support, expertise, resources and value of a truly global Managed Service Program. The diversity partnership program was successfully implemented for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company.  Volt Consulting partnered with a mid-sized minority owned business enterprise (MWBE) staffing supplier, to deliver a  Tier 1 diversity spend model supported by the comprehensive, global service operation of the much larger and highly experienced Volt organization.
