Three Volt Consulting MSP Experts Named 2010 ‘Pros to Know’
Volt Consulting MSP’s Experts Recognized for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth time in as many years, professionals from Volt Consulting™ – Managed Service Programs have been named “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine. The annual Pros to Know issue this year focuses on supply chain management professionals who have achieved exceptional results in leveraging supply chain strategies to keep their organizations competitive in the most difficult economic environment in decades. The three honorees from Volt Consulting MSP personified success in achieving that critically important goal over the course of the last year.
The first Volt Consulting MSP honoree, Mark LeClair, is Vice President of Client Program Operations. Mr. LeClair whose Client Program Operations Department was honored with a “Best Support Department” Stevie Award in the 2009 American Business Awards, was named a Pro to Know for his efforts at streamlining global services procurement and maximizing quality controls using Six Sigma processes for Volt Consulting MSP’s global client base. His efforts yielded significant improvements in the reduction of sourcing cycle time and fulfillment; delivering qualified candidates at highly competitive bill rates to clients.
Vice President of Client Relationship Services, Nancy Lawlor, implemented a combination of Six Sigma quality control practices, supplier mentoring programs and training activities, to keep the active base of suppliers at each Volt Consulting MSP program fully informed and engaged. The results of her efforts ensured service level agreements were exceeded in a very tough environment. The improvements spurred by Nancy’s efforts enabled clients to pay less for top talent, high performing suppliers to earn greater volume of spend and the MSP to prove its value to the client.
Joseph Kresefsky, Director of Supplier Management rounded out the Volt Consulting MSP honorees with a two-pronged strategy to optimize the services supply chain. He is recognized for boosting the number of diversity suppliers offered to Volt Consulting MSP clients, while simultaneously streamlining and centralizing the internal resources his organization relies on to deliver qualified suppliers to clients. Both his achievements have driven increased cost savings on services procurement for Volt Consulting MSP’s global clients.
