Fourth Annual Volt Consulting MSP Coat Drive Underway
Managed Service Program Provider Carries on Holiday Tradition
New York, NY
December 6, 2010
For the fourth year in a row, the employees of Volt Consulting™ - Managed Service Programs are collecting new or gently used outerwear at the company’s many locations coast to coast. The coats are donated to the One Warm Coat organization who distributes them to those in need. Ongoing economic challenges continue to force many Americans to rely on the generosity of their fellow citizens for help with basic necessities. As the onset of winter pushes the mercury lower, warm winter coats are needed in greater numbers by those who find themselves in need.
Volt Consulting has collected more than one thousand coats over the past three years. “Last year’s total donation of close to 300 coats sets the benchmark for this year’s goal of 500,” said Gino Hawley, Marketing Director for Volt Consulting MSP. Mr. Hawley continued, “Volt Consulting employees who’ve donated coats in years past agree that it’s gratifying to contribute in a way that makes such an immediate and profound impact on peoples’ lives. Dedicated to the ethic of corporate social responsibility, Volt Consulting is proud to be a part of this worthy cause again this year.”
This year’s coat drive will conclude on January 3 January 14, 2011.
