Two “Finalist” Nods for Volt Consulting - Managed Service Programs in 2009 American Business Awards SM

Volt Consulting - Managed Service Programs was named a Finalist today in two separate categories of the 2009 American Business Awards (ABA). Volt Consulting MSP's Client Program Operations department earned finalist designation in the “Support Department of the Year” category. The technology department of corporate sibling, ProcureStaff, earned finalist designation in the “New Product or Service of the Year – Software as a Service” category for its Vendor Management System (VMS) application for the automation of human capital procurement. In addition, the ProcureStaff VMS was chosen to be included in the ABA’s “People’s Choice” competition where the public is asked to vote for their favorite finalists at the People’s Choice voting site. This is the second consecutive year that Volt Consulting MSP has captured the noteworthy finalist designation. In 2008, Volt Consulting MSP earned this designation in the “Most Innovative Company – US” category.
More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. 2009 winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
