Larry Kaylor, President

Larry is responsible for strategic long- and short-term planning as well as development of high-level initiatives to promote the overall growth and success of Volt Consulting - Managed Service Programs. Extensive experience in business administration, customer interaction and aptitude for bringing Volt Consulting resources to bear upon clients' business challenges are reflections of his strong leadership qualities. Over the course of his career, Larry's major accomplishments have centered on re-engineering organizations through the implementation of "best in class" processes and multiple e-commerce activities. His efforts have enabled organizations to reduce costs and attain a competitive advantage, without sacrificing customer service and satisfaction.

Larry brings more than 30 years of management experience including 28 years of national staffing industry experience to the position of Volt Consulting - Managed Service Programs President. He began his career with Volt Information Sciences, Inc. in 2000 as Controller and then Vice President of Finance. In this position, he was responsible for directing the organization's financial group, accounting group, and system audit program activities and was significantly engaged in customer pricing and contract negotiations. During his five year tenure as senior finance executive, Larry worked collaboratively with the Operations management and managed service programs in the development of on-site financial teams and processes.

In 2008, he became President of ProcureStaff Ltd.; a position he held until he transitioned to the presidency of Volt Consulting - Managed Service Programs.

Larry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana Central University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, and Accounting, and an Associate degree in computer technology. Larry is a Six Sigma Champion.
