Bruce Hay, Vice President, Client Program Operations

As the VP of Client Program Operations, Bruce is responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service delivery and development of Volt Consulting MSP products and services. Bruce’s teams engage with existing client operations to address complex business challenges and architect simplified, high quality managed service programs.  

Bruce joined Volt in 2005 to manage operations at one of Volt’s largest global accounts.  His expertise and direction has captured millions of dollars in cost savings and yielded extremely high satisfaction levels among Volt Consulting MSP customers. Over the course of his career with Volt, Bruce’s ability to create a culture of service quality has enabled customers and Volt employees alike to realize their full potential.

Bruce brings over 21 years of business leadership experience including over 16 years with a Fortune 100 spin-off and industry-leading technology services firm. Prior to joining Volt, Bruce developed hands-on and strategic experience in developing markets, customers, employees, operations and financial results. Applying Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies Bruce is adept at completing organizational turnarounds, optimizing operational delivery, growing product line sales and profits, and mentoring future business leaders in the organization.

Bruce holds a Bachelor in Sciences degree from Illinois State University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois.
