Anthea Collier, VP, Business Development
Anthea Collier brings 25 years of global talent acquisition expertise to the role of Vice President of Sales. In this position, Ms. Collier focuses primarily on the development and execution of strategies for expanding Volt Consulting MSP's global client base. Anthea's extensive experience managing talent acquisition within both contingent workforce and direct hire environments enables her to clearly and effectively communicate the Volt Consulting MSP value proposition to prospective clients.
Anthea's breadth of domain experience ensures a solid understanding of the various recruitment channels which can be incorporated to form complex talent acquisition platforms. Over the course of her career, Anthea has directly managed large, North American Managed Service Programs as well as global Recruitment Process Outsourcing programs. The perspectives gained through these positions afford her first hand experience of the critical role effective implementation and recruitment operations play in establishing program success for Global 1000 companies.
Due to her immersion in the operational elements of services procurement strategies Anthea is able to take a diagnostic approach to the sales function. She is a Six Sigma Champion and brings her skills to play while partnering with clients to identify talent acquisition challenges and the solutions to solve them. Anthea prides herself on the effective design of solutions which increase the quality of talent acquired while managing cost and process efficiencies.
