Amy Baxter VP, Business Process Services

As Vice President of Business Process Services, Amy is responsible for managing new business opportunities, interfacing on joint corporate initiatives with key senior level leaders from Volt Consulting MSP sister companies, and participating on various internal committees that impact company growth and direction.

Well-versed in all aspects of VMS and MSP solutions, Amy also oversees the Business Process Improvement group, the Project Management Office, Program Implementation and the Training & Communications group. All the functions rolling up under Amy are populated with experts that share Volt Consulting MSP's total quality management ethos and focus. Employing lean Six Sigma methodologies and best practices, Amy's group helps foster continued development both within our organization and across all client engagements, domestic and global.

One of Volt Consulting MSP's original leaders since the company's inception, Amy offers invaluable experience, industry knowledge and understanding of Volt culture. She is widely recognized and respected as an integral player to many of the innovative concepts and solutions that have been established since participating in her first global VMS/MSP roll out. Amy Baxter was recognized for excellence in Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine's annual "Pros to Know" issue for 2009.  Prior to joining Volt, Amy worked for seven years in the staffing industry preparing her with the expertise to effectively handle the supplier component of our business model.
